Getting paid
When do I get paid?
Views on a post are counted 7 days after you publish it. Once counted, the money moves from Pending to Available and you can ask to withdraw it. Payout runs are weekly.
You ask to be paid — money is never sent without you requesting it. Once you have at least ₦10,000.00 available, a Withdraw button appears on your wallet. Requests are worked through oldest first.
Why is some of my money Pending?
Pending means the post is live and earning, but its 7-day count has not happened yet. Your earnings page lists every pending amount with the date it becomes Available, so you can see exactly what is waiting on what.
I have Available money but nothing reached my bank.
The most likely reason is the minimum payout. Balances under ₦10,000.00 are held and paid in a later run, once they clear it. Each bank transfer costs a fee, and sending very small amounts wastes more than it delivers.
It is held, never lost, and it does not expire. Two other things hold a payout: a bank account whose name does not match yours, and an account added in the last 24 hours. Both show on your settings page with an explanation.
What is the tax deduction?
Withholding tax of 5% is deducted from payouts and remitted to the tax authority in your name, not ours. Your earnings page shows the total deducted to date, which is why lifetime earnings are shown before tax.
What that means for your own tax position depends on your circumstances. We can tell you what we deducted and when; we cannot advise you on your taxes.
Can money I have earned be taken back?
No. Money you have earned stays earned. It never expires, and it is never reduced because a job closed, a campaign ended, or you stopped posting.
A post can be put on hold while we check something — that pauses a payment, it does not cancel it, and your earnings page says so on the row.
Doing the work
Do I have to connect my social account?
Not in the sense of handing over access. We never ask for your password, we cannot post, delete, or change anything, and you never sign in to us through the platform.
What you do have to do, once per account, is show it is yours: we give you a short code, you put it in the caption of a post, and we check it is there. That step is required before your first post can be registered — without it we have no way to tell your videos from a stranger’s. Once done, it is done, and it covers every job you take on that account.
Why does my caption need your link?
It is not what proves the post is yours — your verified account does that, and you only prove that once. The link is how taps from your video are counted as coming from you, which is what jobs paying for sign-ups or other actions are settled on.
Your link never changes and it is yours alone for that job. Use the exact one from your jobs page: once a post is live most platforms will not let you edit the caption, so a wrong link cannot be fixed afterwards.
When is my video checked?
On most jobs you post first. Make your video, publish it to your own account, and send us the link — we start counting views straight away, and a person then checks it against the job’s checklist.
That check decides whether the post is paid, not whether it stays up. The post is yours and nobody asks you to take it down. If it does not meet the brief it earns nothing, and you can send another within your limit for that job.
A first miss does not count against your approval rate, so it does not affect your tier. Read the brief closely before you post — a caption cannot be edited afterwards on most platforms.
Are some jobs checked before I post?
Yes. Financial and gambling jobs are checked before anything goes out, because advertising rules apply to them and a mistake there is not something either of us can undo. Those jobs say so on the job page before you join.
A buyer can also ask for that on an ordinary job. Either way you will know which it is before you make anything.
How many videos can I submit to one job?
It depends on your tier, and every job page states the limits for all tiers before you join. Your jobs page shows how many you have used on each.
My video was approved. Why am I not earning?
An approved video earns nothing until it is published and you have given us the link. That step is easy to forget, so any job waiting on it is pushed to the top of your jobs page.
Your account
Why can I not change my name?
Your name is what every payout is checked against. If it could be edited, anyone who got into your account could change it to match a bank account they control, and the check that protects your money would agree with itself.
If your name is wrong, contact support and a person will fix it.
I changed my bank account and it says On hold.
New accounts are held for 24 hours before money is sent to them, and we text your number the moment the account changes. If somebody else ever makes that change, those 24 hours are your window to stop it.
Nothing you have earned is affected. Only the destination waits.
Someone else has access to my phone number.
Contact support immediately. Your phone number is your account, so getting the number back is what gets the account back — and the sooner we know, the sooner we can hold payouts.
Why is Instagram slower to confirm than TikTok?
TikTok and YouTube publish a way for us to check a post automatically, so those confirm instantly. Instagram does not, so a person opens your post and checks it by hand — usually within a day.
Each platform says which it is before you choose, so you never spend a post finding out.
